Are there Move in and Move out inspections?
Yes, inspections will be conducted by Bachand Group staff prior to new tenant move-in and immediately following any tenant move-out. New tenants are also given the opportunity to conduct and provide their digital own move-in inspections.

At the time of your lease signing you will be expected to pay first month’s rent, first month’s sewage fees (if applicable) and security deposit charges. If applicable, a pet deposit may also be due at this time.

There is a non-refundable application fee of $30.00.

Bachand Group staff is available Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Inspections can be scheduled by calling 715-394-4667.

When you’ve finished moving all of your belongings and cleaning the property, you will return your keys to Bachand Group. A staff member will then conduct an inspection to determine if there will be any deductions from the deposit amount. Within 21 days of returning the keys, Bachand Group will send a check for any remaining deposit amount to the forwarding address you’ve provided.

If you experience an emergency maintenance situation during regular business hours, please call the Bachand Group office at 715-394-4667. If an emergency occurs when the office is not open (after hours, weekends, holidays) please call 218-393-2189.

Unless specified in your lease, rent is due on the 1st of every month and a late fee will be applied if not received by the 7th.
